Role Description
Part-time remote role responsible for nurturing and moderating UP SKILL’s online learner community.
The community spans discussion forums, social platforms, and internal channels.
The role supports learner progress and the overall learner experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with community members and respond to questions.
- Guide discussions and share helpful learning resources.
- Collect feedback and identify trends in community conversations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve content and training materials.
- Maintain community guidelines and track engagement metrics.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen member participation and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills are required for clear, inclusive, and engaging interactions.
- Solid analytical skills and research abilities are required to understand community needs and provide data-informed feedback.
- Training-related skills are required to support learners, explain concepts, and guide members toward resources.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple conversations.
- Familiarity with online community platforms, social media tools, and basic content management systems is beneficial.
- Experience in online education, learning communities, or customer support is advantageous.
- Professional and respectful communication with diverse audiences is required.
