Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
- Schedule and publish social media posts and monitor engagement.
- Assist with basic content creation and update marketing materials as needed.
- Track campaign performance using web analytics tools and prepare simple reports.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and maintain clear communication.
- Help ensure consistent brand presence across digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in social media marketing and online marketing for campaign support and audience engagement.
- Foundational knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including basic SEO and email marketing concepts.
- Ability to use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar tools to track performance and interpret key metrics.
- Strong written communication and professional collaboration skills in remote settings.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
