ACE EPC seeks a Senior Draftsman Civil and MEP to prepare detailed engineering drawings and coordinate drafting activities for civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, as built drawings, and construction drawings for civil, architectural, and MEP works
- Develop and revise layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed engineering drawings based on project requirements
- Coordinate civil and MEP drawings to identify and eliminate clashes before construction
- Prepare material submittal drawings and authority submission drawings where required
- Review consultant comments and incorporate revisions into approved drawings
- Assist engineers in preparing technical drawings, calculations, and project documentation
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control procedures are followed
- Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings reflect current site conditions and approved changes
- Prepare as built documentation and handover drawing packages upon project completion
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards, codes, and project specifications
- Support tendering and estimation teams with quantity take offs and preliminary drawings when required

Role Overview
- The Senior Draftsman Civil and MEP will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings and coordinating all drafting activities related to civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Requires close coordination with engineers, project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings and documentation.
