- Coordinate with external vendors and manage company social media accounts.

Role Overview
- The IT and Digital Systems Manager will be responsible for managing all information technology infrastructure and digital operations across the group of companies.
- The role includes IT administration, website development and maintenance, email management, cybersecurity, user support, digital systems integration, and coordination of online marketing assets.
- The successful candidate will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations while supporting business growth through digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all IT infrastructure across multiple companies including computers, servers, networks, printers, WiFi, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues for all employees.
- Design, develop, host, and maintain company websites ensuring security, performance, and regular updates.
- Manage company domains, DNS records, web hosting, SSL certificates, and cloud services.
- Configure and administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and corporate email systems.
- Manage email security, spam filtering, backups, and user accounts.
- Configure email forwarding, lead routing, and enquiry management systems from websites and digital platforms.
- Maintain and administer CRM, ERP, and other business software platforms.
- Implement cybersecurity policies, endpoint protection, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage user permissions, access control, and IT asset inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors, internet providers, software providers, and hardware suppliers.
- Manage company social media accounts including publishing content, monitoring enquiries, and coordinating with the marketing team.
