Main Purpose of Role
Register and issue incoming and outgoing project documentation accurately and on time.
Manage storage, retrieval, and controlled distribution of project documents to internal and external customers.
Support document control governance and project deliverable management.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or an equivalent closely related field.
- At least 10 years of experience organizing and controlling project deliverables and document flows.
- Experience in a project-based engineering environment.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Adobe software.
- Wrench software experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Good attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, discretion, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Enter document control information accurately and produce database reports as required.
- Use Adobe Acrobat Professional to assemble documentation.
- Issue current project information and documentation in a timely manner.
