Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in commercial management within transport or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record of leading commercial initiatives on large scale projects
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and negotiation strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional leadership qualities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) and relevant legislation
- Experience in Middle East / KSA market is highly desirable
- Results driven mindset with ability to adapt in dynamic environment
