Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks for complex technology and platform transformations
- Lead development of implementation playbooks, capability maturity models, and change acceleration tools
- Design structured enablement strategies for managers to act as advocates for technological change
- Equip senior leaders with messaging and coaching to serve as active sponsors of transformation initiatives
- Lead end to end design and deployment of capability based learning paths in partnership with HR and L&D
- Design and execute engagement campaigns using gamification, rewards, and recognition programs
- Define and implement cohesive end to end operating model collaborating with business and functional partners
- Establish workforce planning framework and partner with Talent Acquisition to refresh hiring practices
- Formulate and execute comprehensive communication plans to build awareness and momentum
- Proactively identify and diagnose resistance, design targeted intervention strategies
- Pioneer data driven metrics systems to track behavioral and performance outcomes tied to OKRs and KPIs
- Create governance framework for managing redeployment of saved capacity from productivity gains
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role with focus on enterprise change management, technology strategy, or large scale digital/agile transformations
- Deep practical knowledge of industry OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Step Model)
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines) and familiarity with AI technologies
- Demonstrated experience partnering with HR functions and technical infrastructure units
- Executive influencing and trusted advisor relationship building with C suite leaders
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s or MBA preferred in Organizational Development, HR, CS, or Business Administration)
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Background in software engineering, technical program management, or agile delivery leadership

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Transformation and Chief Operating Office (TCOO) as the Senior Director, Change Management.
- This leader will drive large scale technology transformations, culture shifts, and tooling adoption across our global technology teams.
- The immediate priority will be leading OCM for our AI Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) transformation.
- You will partner closely with DevOps, HR, and Line of Business technology leaders to modernize how we build software by embedding AI into our SDLC and PDLC.
Organizational Change Management Strategy & Frameworks
- Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks tailored for complex technology and platform transformations.
- Lead development of implementation playbooks, capability maturity models, and change acceleration tools.
- Design structured enablement strategies to equip managers as active advocates for technological change.
- Equip senior technology and business leaders with messaging, coaching, and strategic guidance.
- Define and monitor technical readiness gates to ensure tooling performance before broad rollouts.
- Establish fast feedback loops between early adopters and product teams.
Curriculum, Training, & Incentives
- Lead end to end design, curation, and deployment of capability based learning paths in partnership with HR, L&D, and external vendors.
- Design and execute engagement campaigns leveraging gamification, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Define skill benchmarks and evaluation mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
End to End Process & Operating Model Evolution
- Define and implement a cohesive end to end operating model collaborating upstream and downstream.
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Leads to redesign workflows.
- Re engineer compliance, security, and governance review processes for high velocity tech environments.
Workforce & Role Evolution
- Establish a structured workforce planning framework with differentiated approach across employee categories.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to refresh hiring practices and competency requirements.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to analyze how transformed workflows impact job families.
Communications & Engagement
- Formulate and execute comprehensive communication plans that build awareness, desire, and momentum.
- Integrate change management communications into existing corporate programs, town halls, and engineering forums.
Resistance Management & Empathy Driven Intervention
- Proactively identify and diagnose developer skepticism, tool fatigue, ethical concerns, or fear of displacement.
- Design and execute targeted resistance management strategies using data driven feedback loops and empathy led coaching.
Governance, Analytics, & Capacity Management
- Pioneer and manage data driven metrics systems tracking behavioral indicators and performance outcomes tied to OKRs and KPIs.
- Create governance framework for managing redeployment of saved capacity from productivity gains.
- Correlate change adoption metrics with operational metrics to measure value realization and present insights to C suite.
Must have

- Technical Bridge Building: ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics between engineering, HR, and corporate strategy.
