WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Transformation and Chief Operating Office (TCOO) as the Senior Director, Change Management.
  • This leader will drive large scale technology transformations, culture shifts, and tooling adoption across global technology teams.
  • The immediate priority is leading OCM for our AI Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) transformation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design and orchestrate comprehensive OCM frameworks tailored for complex technology transformations.
  • Lead development of implementation playbooks, capability maturity models, and change acceleration tools.
  • Design structured enablement strategies for managers to act as advocates for technological change.
  • Equip senior leaders with messaging and coaching to serve as active sponsors.
  • Define technical readiness gates and establish fast feedback loops.
  • Lead end to end design of capability based learning paths with HR and L&D.
  • Design gamification, recognition, and rewards programs.
  • Define skill benchmarks and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Define and implement cohesive end to end operating model.
  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches to redesign workflows.
  • Establish workforce planning framework and refresh hiring practices.
  • Formulate comprehensive communication plans.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

  • Must have: Executive Influencing, People Leadership, Technical Bridge Building, Strategic Communication.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years in leadership role focusing on enterprise change management or large scale digital transformations.
  • Deep knowledge of OCM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with HR functions and technical infrastructure units.
  • Nice to have: Change management certification, financial services experience, background in software engineering.
