Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
The role aligns technology solutions with business objectives and drives organizational change, complex program delivery, and digital adoption.
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to modernize processes, systems, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on transformation strategies and business outcomes.
Project and Program Management
- Manage large-scale cross-functional projects involving ERP, CRM, cloud, AI, automation, data analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Establish governance frameworks, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk plans.
- Monitor delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
