Way4 Payment Systems Specialist

Location

• Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; onsite role.

Contract Duration

• Six-month contract, extendable up to one year.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Way4 payment processing platform.
• Monitor daily payment operations and ensure high system availability.
• Troubleshoot application, transaction, and integration issues.
• Manage payment products, card programs, merchant configurations, and transaction processing workflows.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement new payment services.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Ensure compliance with payment industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance and recommend scalability and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare operational documentation, procedures, and technical reports.
• Support integrations with external payment networks, gateways, and third-party systems.

Must-Have Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
• Experience with the Way4 Payment Platform is required.
• Strong understanding of electronic payments, card issuing, acquiring, and transaction processing is required.
• Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and other payment schemes is required.
• Experience with SQL, databases, and payment transaction analysis is required.
• Understanding of API integrations and payment gateway connectivity is required.
• Familiarity with Linux or Unix environments and application support processes is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in banking, fintech, or payment service provider environments.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS and payment security standards.
• Experience with high-volume payment processing applications.
• Understanding of digital payments, wallets, and real-time payment systems.
• Experience with payment operations, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience with performance monitoring, optimization, upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or card-processing organizations.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS and payment security standards.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale, high-volume payment processing systems.
• Understanding of digital wallets, real-time payments, and modern payment technologies.
• Exposure to payment gateways, card management systems, and payment network integrations.
