Role Overview

Contract and Duration

• This is a four-month fixed-term contract with possible extension through the end of 2027.

Location and Work Arrangement

• The position is onsite in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience, including at least five years in HealthTech.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, with an advanced-degree alternative stated.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems such as HIE, HIS, payer-provider platforms, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of FHIR, HL7, healthcare interoperability, SQL, software development, architecture, and integration.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle and Payors is required.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, project management, and delivery oversight.
• Fluent English and mandatory Arabic are required.
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills are required.

Preferred Knowledge

• Familiarity with NPHIES standards, platforms, and operational models is a significant advantage.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, APIs, and microservices supports the role.

Core Responsibilities

• Advise on FHIR, HL7, NPHIES, healthcare interoperability, and Saudi digital health developments.
• Assess client needs, perform gap analyses, and recommend interoperability and financial workflow solutions.
• Design and review FHIR-based architectures and integration strategies for healthcare platforms.
• Improve healthcare operations, data quality, accessibility, and Revenue Cycle and Payors processes.
• Collaborate with technical, business, QA, and delivery teams on solution reviews, testing, validation, and releases.
• Provide NPHIES subject matter expertise, training, workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
