Role Overview

We are seeking a **Senior Digital Supply Chain Manager** to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives across a specialty food supply chain.

The role is focused on **systems architecture, data quality, advanced analytics, and decision-support tools**, with the objective of improving planning accuracy, operational performance, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.

This position requires a strong combination of **supply chain expertise, digital capabilities, and business-oriented leadership**.

Digital Solutions & Systems

  • Design, deploy, and continuously improve **digital supply chain solutions** aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate **systems, tools, and technologies** (ERP, APS, analytics platforms).
  • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Data Management & Governance

  • Lead **master data cleaning, structuring, and governance** across supply chain systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability to support decision-making.
  • Define data standards and best practices in collaboration with stakeholders.

Analytics & Decision Support

  • Develop and maintain **KPI dashboards and performance reports** using **Power BI**.
  • Apply **advanced analytics and AI-driven insights** to enhance demand planning, supply planning, and operational execution.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

Business Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with **supply chain, operations, planning, and IT teams** to capture requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Support **automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives** across the supply chain.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and support change management efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • **10–15 years of experience** in **supply chain systems, digital transformation, or supply chain analytics**.
  • Strong expertise in **Power BI**, data modeling, and analytics.
  • Proven experience with **ERP, APS, and/or supply chain planning systems**.
  • Background in **food or FMCG supply chains** is highly preferred.
  • Strong **problem-solving, analytical, and communication**
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a complex environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
