Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X
- Utilize AI powered advertising tools, automation, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition while optimizing KPIs such as CPL, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare actionable reports, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to develop high performing marketing campaigns
- Manage remarketing campaigns and optimize customer acquisition funnels
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role
- Proven experience managing multi channel paid advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing performance tools
- Experience using AI powered advertising and campaign automation solutions
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
- Ability to lead campaigns independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Analytical, proactive, and results driven with excellent communication skills
