Overview

  • We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to join the sales team at Super Office KSA. If you have communication, negotiation, closing, and goal achievement skills, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on leads from all channels (Online, Offline, intermediaries)
  • Qualify clients and understand their needs to provide appropriate solutions
  • Schedule branch visit tours and follow up with clients until contract signing
  • Negotiate and close office rental contracts
  • Track the entire sales process and update client data in CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and submit performance reports
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality

Requirements

  • 1 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in real estate, flexible offices, or corporate services is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Ability to handle high volume of clients and daily follow ups
  • Experience with CRM such as Odoo or HubSpot is a plus
  • Ambitious, results oriented, able to work under pressure

Location & Compensation

  • Location: Riyadh (onsite attendance)
  • Fixed salary + commissions and incentives tied to performance
