Role Overview
- We are looking for a skilled Odoo ERP Administrator / Functional Specialist to manage and optimize our ERP system across multiple departments including sales, call center, operations, and finance.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain data accuracy, support internal teams, and continuously improve workflows within Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system across all departments
- Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy
- Track leads generated by the call center team
- Ensure proper follow up by the sales team
- Monitor pipeline stages and conversion rates
- Generate reports on lead performance
- Oversee contract creation and tracking within Odoo
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure all data is updated and aligned across departments
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate data flow
- Monitor invoicing, payments, and financial records within Odoo
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working with Odoo ERP
- Strong understanding of CRM (Leads & Sales Pipeline), Sales & Contracts, Basic Accounting workflows
- Experience with Odoo Studio / configurations

- Ability to work across multiple departments
