The Infrastructure Engineering group builds infrastructure and automation for ZoomInfo Engineering.

The role leads the evolution of the cloud ecosystem supporting scalable, resilient, high-performance AI-driven products.

The position bridges software engineering and systems operations.

Design and manage multi-cloud AWS and GCP environments with Terraform.
Oversee production Kubernetes clusters and application deployments.
Build infrastructure for AI workloads.
Maintain vector search databases, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Implement monitoring and alerting with Datadog and Prometheus.
Maintain Python, Go, or Bash automation code and use LLMs to improve productivity.
Manage VPCs, load balancing, service meshes, and caching layers.
Lead distributed-systems debugging, root-cause analysis, and on-call incident response.

7+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, including 5+ years in cloud-native environments.
Solid Linux administration and performance-tuning skills.
Expert-level Terraform or OpenTofu experience with state management at scale.
