About the Role
Support and manage production systems in a banking and fintech environment as a Senior DevOps Engineer.
The role focuses on application deployment, production support, monitoring, and operational stability.
The stated work mode is work from office in Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage production environments for banking applications.
- Handle application deployments, upgrades, and patching activities.
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members while driving operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Mandatory Skills
- AWS, Linux, Jenkins, and Docker experience is mandatory.
- Strong fundamentals in networking and cloud architecture are required.
- Experience designing and operating highly available, multi-region architectures is required.
- This architecture experience includes database replication, disaster recovery, and resiliency patterns.
