Role Overview
The Finance Lead will independently drive financial planning, analysis, modelling, and strategic finance initiatives.
The role requires hands-on experience in company valuation, unit economics, financial modelling, and FP&A.
The role translates financial data into actionable business insights.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience is required.
- CA, CA Final, CMA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Experience in startups, high-growth companies, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of unit economics, profitability, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to independently analyse complex financial and business data.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
