We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead landmark high-rise developments. You will oversee projects from design through construction readiness, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

- Lead assigned high rise development projects through all key development stages.
- Prepare project execution strategies, milestones, and development action plans.
- Drive coordination across design, technical, commercial, procurement, and delivery functions.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with approved objectives.
- Manage coordination of complex high rise design requirements, including structural systems, façades, MEP, vertical transportation, fire and life safety systems, parking, access, and operational considerations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and specialist advisors to ensure design integration and quality.
- Support project budgeting, cost planning, and Total Development Cost (TDC) management.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address cost, schedule, authority, and delivery challenges.
- Ensure timely reporting of project performance, risks, and key decisions.
- Support tender preparation, procurement activities, contractor onboarding, and construction readiness reviews.
- Coordinate issue resolution and project interfaces to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Assist in maintaining project governance, stage gate approvals, and executive reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of experience in high rise, mixed use, or large scale real estate developments.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design and development teams.
- Strong understanding of development management, design coordination, construction processes, and project controls.
- Experience of working with consultants, contractors, authorities, and senior stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, RICS, PE, or equivalent are preferred.
