Role Overview
Develop, enhance, and maintain the iBank onboarding platform at Commercial Bank of Dubai.
The role combines enterprise application development, production support, release coordination, and technical collaboration.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support production and non-production environments through incident, problem, and change management.
- Investigate application defects, performance issues, and integration failures.
- Coordinate deployments, releases, and post-release validations.
- Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, infrastructure, security, and technology teams.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure application availability, security, and compliance with bank standards.
- Prepare solution designs, technical documentation, and support runbooks.
- Participate in CAB, disaster recovery, audit, and compliance activities.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Experience and Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
- Master's degree in Management or IT is preferred.
- Relevant industry certification is required.
