Role Overview

Serve as a Senior Developer and Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Access Portal CRM in a telecom enterprise environment.

Design and deliver scalable OAP solutions supporting customer onboarding, account management, billing operations and service delivery.

Work with business stakeholders, architects and operational teams to build secure, high-performing applications.

Contract and Location

  • The role is based in Qatar and is on-site.
  • The position is full-time and offered on a 12-month extendable contract.

Core Development

  • Design, develop and enhance enterprise applications using PHP Yii2 Framework.
  • Build and maintain telecom CRM solutions for customer and service lifecycle management.
  • Develop scalable, modular application architectures.
  • Deliver full-stack development across front-end, back-end and Oracle Database integration.

Security and Operations

  • Develop and maintain role-based access control frameworks.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization and application security practices.
  • Deliver audit logging and operational tracking for critical business functions.
  • Support monitoring, tracking, business workflows and process automation.

CRM and Workflow Functions

  • Support customer and account management, subscription and plan management, service management, billing and financial operations.
  • Implement real-time validation, grid-based data management, filtering and synchronization.
  • Implement data movement and workflow controls.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex user-interface and application performance issues.

Required Technologies

  • Required development technologies include PHP, Yii Framework, Yii2 Framework, Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Required front-end technologies include HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.
  • Required API and security technologies include REST APIs, secure authentication, authorization frameworks and audit logging.
  • Infrastructure technologies include Unix, Linux and Apache Web Server.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8–10+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience developing telecom CRM and customer management applications.
  • Strong Oracle database development expertise.
  • Deep understanding of customer operations and telecom workflows.
  • Experience building secure, enterprise-grade applications.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Experience with OAP, CRM development, customer lifecycle management and RBAC.
