Role Overview

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and design scalable solutions for real estate sales, leasing, customer service, and property management.

The role covers Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, enterprise integrations, and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Translate business stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement customer, broker, and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
  • Develop and manage integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, property management systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Lead technical teams and guide Salesforce architecture, best practices, and development standards.
  • Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

Real Estate Domain Experience

Understand lead and opportunity management, property and unit inventory management, reservations, and bookings.

Understand payment plans, collections, property handover, leasing management, and property management.

Support customer service, after-sales support, broker and partner management, and facility management processes.

Marketing Cloud Experience

  • Experience includes Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and customer segmentation.
  • Support lead nurturing campaigns, omnichannel marketing through email, SMS, and WhatsApp, and customer journey programs.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM.

Integration Experience

  • Integrate Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, property management systems, payment gateways, banking systems, document management solutions, and marketing platforms.
  • Work with CTI integration tools such as Genesys and NICE.
  • Use REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Azure Integration Services, and ETL or data migration tools.

Technical Skills

  • Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL and SOSL, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Apply Salesforce security and sharing models, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.

Required Experience

  • At least 8 years of Salesforce experience.
  • At least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
  • Proven end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Strong real estate industry experience.
  • Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud experience.
  • Experience managing integrations across enterprise applications.

Preferred Certifications

  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Administrator, and Salesforce Integration Architect.
