Responsibilities
- Own corporate IT operations, infrastructure, endpoint fleet management, and onboarding and offboarding.
- Run SSO, provisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, access reviews, and least-privilege controls.
- Manage MDM enrollment, device baselines, patching, and compliance policies.
- Administer productivity and SaaS tools, licensing, tenant configuration, and application governance.
- Own firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, endpoint protection, and EDR coverage.
