Role Overview
Lead planning and design management for development projects.
Coordinate design activities with the Design Director, development teams, construction teams, and multiple consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design guidelines for development projects.
- Implement design plans to achieve design goals for assigned projects.
- Advise leadership on design consultant candidates through outreach, RFP development, contract execution, and contract administration.
- Support development teams in creating design strategies for efficient project completion.
- Support design, development, and construction teams with schedules, budgets, and plans.
- Conduct periodic internal design reviews and take corrective action when needed.
- Review design deliverables and recommend actions to meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate multiple consultants from pre-concept through execution in alignment with the master plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Master's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Nine to twelve years of total relevant experience.
