- 10+ years of experience in design and engineering roles
- Minimum 5 years in a design management position
- Experience in large scale developments (Infrastructure / Mixed use / Urban Projects)
- Experience working within PMC or consultancy environment
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes
- Proficiency in design and coordination tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks)

Project Overview
- We are expanding our team for an exciting large scale Mixed‑Use Development project in the UAE.
- Each Design Manager appointed will be responsible for a different part of the project including Infrastructure & Buildings, Hospitality & Interior Design and Masterplan & Landscape.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in design and engineering roles
- Minimum 5 years in a design management position
- Experience in large scale developments (Infrastructure / Mixed use / Urban Projects)
- Experience working within PMC or consultancy environment
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes
- Proficiency in design and coordination tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks)
