About the Role
We are seeking a Power BI Expert & Report Writer for a large-scale mixed-use development project in the UAE. You will develop Power BI reports, perform data modeling with DAX, and integrate with Primavera P6 and cost systems.

- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for project controls
- Perform data modeling and create advanced DAX measures
- Integrate Power BI with Primavera P6 and cost systems
- Support executive and steering committee reporting
- Optimize Power BI performance and implement security (RLS)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems (Mandatory)
- Data Modeling & DAX (advanced measures, calculated tables) (Mandatory)
- SQL for reporting and data extraction (Strongly Preferred)
- Integration with Primavera P6 / cost systems (PMIS exposure) (Preferred)
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) (Mandatory)
- Power BI governance, performance optimization, and security (RLS) (Advantage)
- 7+ years: Program Controls Manager
- At least 3 years hands on Power BI development
- Experience supporting executive or steering committee reporting
- Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments

Role Overview
- We are expanding our team for an exciting large scale Mixed Use Development project in the UAE and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Power BI Expert & Report Writer.
Qualifications and professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems – Mandatory
- Data Modeling & DAX (advanced measures, calculated tables) – Mandatory
- SQL for reporting and data extraction – Strongly Preferred
- Integration with Primavera P6 / cost systems (PMIS exposure) – Preferred
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) – Mandatory
- Power BI governance, performance optimization, and security (RLS) – Advantage
- Professional Experience in: PMC, or project controls reporting environment.
- Primavera P6, cost, schedule, risk, and change control
- 7+ years: Program Controls Manager
- At least 3 years hands on Power BI development
- Experience supporting executive or steering committee reporting
- Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments.
