- Own and evolve Swap’s SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy
- Identify high intent keyword opportunities and build content and page architecture
- Build scalable backlink and authority building programs
- Run ongoing competitive analysis across organic search, paid search, AI discovery surfaces
- Design agentic, AI assisted content workflows
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys
- Analyze behavioral and funnel data to find drop off points and growth opportunities
- Align paid and organic search strategy
- Own the editorial calendar and thought leadership cadence
- Track and report on growth metrics tied to pipeline and revenue influence
Requirements
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or organic marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Deep hands on expertise in technical and content SEO
- Proven CRO experience
- Highly analytical and comfortable with search and web analytics
- Fluency with modern AI assisted and agentic content/optimization workflows
- Strong cross functional operator
- Execution oriented and outcome driven

What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve Swap’s SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy.
- Identify high intent keyword opportunities aligned to pipeline.
- Build scalable backlink and authority building programs.
- Run ongoing competitive analysis across organic search, paid search, AI discovery surfaces.
- Design agentic, AI assisted content workflows.
- Partner with web, design, and brand teams to improve site performance and conversion.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys.
- Analyze behavioral and funnel data to find drop off points and growth opportunities.
- Align paid and organic search strategy on keywords, audiences, and messaging.
- Own the editorial calendar, asset library, and thought leadership cadence.
- Improve organic social discoverability and engagement.
- Track and report on growth metrics tied to pipeline and revenue influence.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or organic marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Deep, hands on expertise in technical and content SEO, plus a strong point of view on AEO/GEO.
- Proven CRO experience — landing pages, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
- Highly analytical and comfortable owning the numbers: search and web analytics, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Fluency with modern AI assisted and agentic content/optimization workflows.
- Strong cross functional operator who can partner with brand, product, paid, sales, RevOps, and external agencies.
- Execution oriented and outcome driven.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $135,000–$180,000 plus equity and competitive benefits.
