Net2Source seeks a Senior Data Architect with 7-10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Management, and Data Engineering to lead and govern enterprise data architecture, ensuring compliance with Data Governance, Data Quality, Security, Privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise data architecture, data models, and data integration frameworks
- Review data architecture, end-to-end data flows, data lineage, ETL/ELT, APIs, batch and streaming solutions
- Ensure compliance with Data Governance, Data Quality, Security, Privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Assess AI/ML use cases from a data architecture and scalability perspective
- Support Responsible AI through data validation, bias detection, explainability, traceability, and monitoring
- Review solution designs, BRS documents, vendor solutions, and post-implementation architecture
- Participate in Architecture Review, Data Governance and AI Governance forums
- Support audits, regulatory initiatives, and enterprise data management programs
Required Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Management, Data Engineering, or related areas
- Strong experience in Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Quality, and Data Lineage
- Good knowledge of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes/Lakehouses, ETL/ELT and modern data platforms
- Understanding of AI/ML data ecosystems and Responsible AI
- Experience across On-Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid architectures
- Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience
- Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred
- GCC/Qatar banking experience is highly desirable
- Certifications such as TOGAF, DAMA, CDMP or Cloud Architecture certifications are an advantage
