Data Management
- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
Analysis and Reporting
- Use SQL, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel functions to analyze operational data.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports highlighting performance metrics, trends, and insights.
- Identify improvement areas and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis.
Dashboard Development
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Customize dashboards for departmental and stakeholder requirements.
- Monitor and update dashboards to reflect the latest data and insights.
Process Optimization and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose enhancements.
- Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting.
