The company serves clients in India, the United States, and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the MEA and GCC regions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct HRMS product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in B2B SaaS, HRMS, or software sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with outbound or inbound sales and lead conversion.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Exposure to GCC markets is mandatory.
