About the Role

Tremendous is hiring an experienced data analyst to partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The role connects the full revenue funnel from acquisition through retention and scales GTM-focused insights and data-driven initiatives.

The analyst will collaborate with the Data team and stakeholders across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply analytics methods across GTM teams, including conversion funnel and attribution analysis.
  • Turn diverse facts and findings into compelling narratives for use across Tremendous.
  • Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to promote data-informed decisions.
  • Standardize Data team processes, develop innovative practices, provide mentorship, and foster expertise.
  • Contribute to collaboration and culture within a growing analyst team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience with B2B GTM analytics across some or all of marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success.
  • Sophisticated SQL skills with attention to data models, query performance, and documented code.
  • Proficiency with at least one visualization or business intelligence platform, such as Sigma, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical choices and business impact.
  • Ability to move projects forward quickly, handle ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and influence company outcomes.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with forecasting and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with Segment, Amplitude, HubSpot, or other CRM and operational systems.
  • Experience with dbt, Fivetran, Census, Python, or R.
  • Experience as a technical lead or manager.

Compensation

  • Base salary for the role is $175,000 to $225,000, with equity opportunities.

Workplace

  • The role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the Americas.
