About the role
Tremendous is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as a business partner to the sales organization.
The role combines ownership of sales operating processes with strategic analysis that informs decisions and recommendations.
The position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and works daily with sales leadership.
What you'll do
- Own commissions, quota and attainment tracking, deal desk support, and the weekly operating cadence with sales managers.
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion trends, capacity, segment performance, and go-to-market experiments and help implement recommendations.
- Grow into target account strategy and account-executive book-of-business planning.
- Automate recurring work using an AI-forward stack involving Cursor, Claude, Snowflake, HubSpot, and business intelligence tools.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success and support enablement and onboarding.
- Push back constructively on sales leadership when data disagrees.
What you have
- Four to eight years in sales operations, revenue operations, strategy, or business operations.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
