About the Role
PaymentGenes is partnering with a fast-growing fintech in Dubai to hire a Senior Data Analyst. You will build the BI function and data infrastructure from the ground up, working with Product, Finance, and Operations to analyze transactional data and deliver insights.

Requirements
- Experience in payments is mandatory
- Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, aggregations, query optimisation)
- Proven experience in ad hoc analysis and solving business problems
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate data into insights
- Experience with customer behaviour, conversion, or transaction analysis (strong plus)
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools (strong plus)
- Some Python experience (strong plus)
