🚀 About the Role-

PaymentGenes are supporting a leading financial services organisation on a high‑impact transformation programme within their Commercial Cards division.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting a large-scale card management system (CMS) migration, alongside new market expansion and product initiatives across the region.

You’ll work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to drive delivery, coordinate activity, and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities-

Support day-to-day delivery of a major CMS migration programme

Track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive action closure

Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Help resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum

Assist with product and operational setup for new regional markets

Support rollout activities across multiple countries

Contribute to co-brand and product innovation initiatives

Support ongoing product operations and portfolio activities

Prepare reporting and track delivery performance

Use data to highlight risks, trends, and opportunities

\~1–3 years’ experience in payments, cards, product support, or operations

Understanding of commercial card products and how changes impact operations

Experience supporting migration, transformation, or delivery programmes

Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Exposure to card platforms / CMS / core processing systems (preferred)

Analytical mindset with comfort working with data
