The Role

  • Senior Customer Analytics Manager (Sales & Partnerships) reporting to Senior Manager, Customer Analytics.
  • Senior analytics partner for Jobber's Acquisition domain, focusing on Sales and Partnerships.
  • Individual contributor leadership role, not people leadership; leads through influence.

Lead Strategic Customer Analytics and Insight

  • Act as strategic thought partner and internal consultant to Sales and Partnerships stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle & Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Marketing Analytics, etc.
  • Lead deep dive analyses across the acquisition funnel.
  • Help define, refine, and govern KPIs for Acquisition.
  • Translate complex business questions into analytical plans and recommendations.
  • Evaluate impact of sales plays, partner programs, channel initiatives, etc.
  • Help leaders understand what happened, why, and what to do next.

Support Sales and Partnerships Decision Making

  • Build strong analytical understanding of Sales and Partnerships motions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, prioritization, etc.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, target setting, business cases.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to improve reporting foundations.
  • Analyze quality and long term value of acquired customers.
  • Create reusable frameworks and decision tools.

Drive Experimentation, Impact Evaluation, and Advanced Analytics

  • Support experimentation and measurement strategies for acquisition initiatives.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques: impact evaluation, scenario analysis, simulation, forecasting, etc.
  • Partner with Data Science on complex modelling opportunities.
  • Bring strong judgment to ambiguous measurement problems.
  • Help stakeholders understand analytical confidence and limitations.

Build Trusted Stakeholder Partnerships and Executive Ready Communication

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate insights through clear, compelling, executive ready narratives.
  • Present findings in business reviews, leadership forums, and cross functional meetings.
  • Make trade offs visible when demand exceeds capacity.
  • Collaborate across Analytics & Insights for clean connections.

Advance Scalable Analytics and AI Enabled Workflows

  • Identify recurring analytics work to automate or standardize.
  • Partner with BI & Analytics Engineering to improve data foundation and self serve capabilities.
  • Use AI assisted analytics workflows responsibly.
  • Promote high quality analytics practices.
  • Build scalable assets that reduce manual reporting.

Lead as a Senior Individual Contributor

  • Lead the Sales and Partnerships analytics domain through influence and ownership.
  • Provide mentorship, peer review, and analytical guidance.
  • Raise the bar for analytical quality and business impact.
  • Contribute to team wide best practices.
  • Operate as a senior IC owning ambiguous, high impact work.

To Be Successful, You Should Have

  • Expert level SQL skills.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, acquisition, revenue, or go to market analytics.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, sales motions, pipeline metrics, etc.
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic judgment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for storytelling through data.
  • Practical fluency with AI assisted analytics workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor analysts and lead through influence.
  • Experience with Python, dbt, Snowflake, Salesforce is a strong asset.

Compensation

  • Minimum annual salary CAD 151,200, midpoint CAD 177,900, maximum CAD 204,500.
  • Base salary plus equity rewards, annual stipends, retirement savings matching, extended health package.

Location

  • Open to candidates based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener Waterloo.
  • Hybrid work model with intentional in person collaboration.
