Role Overview
The Senior CS Enablement Program Manager owns enablement for an assigned Customer Success audience.
The role treats enablement like a product line by converting stakeholder roadmaps, pain points, and priorities into structured programs.
The position is based in Bangalore, follows EMEA working hours, and reports to the Manager of CS Enablement.
Role Expectations
- Own the enablement roadmap for an assigned Customer Success audience.
- Run stakeholder syncs, maintain relationships, and keep the roadmap aligned.
- Build business cases and coordinate structured learning programs across organizational pillars.
- Deliver onboarding, new-hire, intermediate, and advanced learning journeys.
- Report quarterly on program impact against at least two business outcomes.
