- Manage end to end crewing operations for assigned vessels
- Coordinate recruitment, deployment, rotation, and travel arrangements for seafarers
- Ensure compliance with MLC requirements and company policies
- Monitor crew certifications, licenses, medicals, and training requirements
- Liaise with manning agencies and external service providers
- Maintain crew records and documentation
- Support crew performance management and development initiatives
- Coordinate with vessel masters and operational teams regarding crew requirements
- Monitor crewing costs and workforce planning activities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization processes
