Requirements
- Experience in crewing, recruitment, or marine operations
- Knowledge of visa processes for KSA, UAE, Oman, and other countries
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary
- ATCO Marine Services is seeking an experienced Senior Crewing Officer to lead the recruitment, crewing, and mobilization of officers and crew across our fleet.
- Based at our Dammam Head Office, you will manage the full crewing cycle from sourcing and recruiting qualified seafarers, to arranging visas, travel, and rotations, to maintaining compliance with flag state and client requirements.
- You will act as the main point of contact for officers and crew and work closely with agents, vessels, clients (including Aramco), and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Identify staffing needs, post vacancies, coordinate with agents, shortlist CVs, conduct interviews, verify documents, negotiate contracts, obtain approvals.
- Crewing & Logistics: Coordinate crew sign on/off, process visas, book flights, prepare travel documentation, maintain vessel correspondence, process flag state documentation, arrange training.
- Operations & Administration: Coordinate with Aramco on CV submission, prepare documentation, provide daily instructions to vessels, plan logistics, negotiate with service providers, verify invoices.
