1. IT Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across all entities.
- Standardize systems and processes where applicable across subsidiaries.
- Advise management on IT risks, investments, and opportunities.
2. Infrastructure & Operations Management
- Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Manage IT support services including helpdesk and incident management.
- Supervise IT vendors and outsourced services.
3. Systems & Applications Management
- Manage ERP systems and business applications across multiple business lines.
- Ensure integration and data consistency across group systems.
- Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Support business units in selecting appropriate technology solutions.
4. Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Develop and enforce information security policies and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response planning.
- Ensure protection of company data and digital assets.
- Maintain cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
5. Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the group.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
6. Budgeting & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage the IT budget for the group.
- Optimize IT costs while maintaining service quality.
- Manage procurement of IT systems, licenses, and services.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
7. Team Leadership
- Supervise IT support staff and technicians.
- Set performance objectives and support employee development.
- Ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.
8. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain documentation, licensing, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with internal audit and external regulators.
