Responsibilities
- Define and execute the bank's credit cards strategy to increase spend, engagement and profitability
- Manage the end to end product lifecycle including proposition design, pricing, features and benefits
- Improve portfolio performance through data driven initiatives
- Design and enhance loyalty and rewards programs
- Drive digital banking initiatives and improve customer experience across mobile and online channels
- Lead fintech and digital wallet integrations
- Manage large scale product launches, system migrations and transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations while accelerating time to market
- Build and manage relationships with payment schemes, fintech partners and merchants
- Mentor internal teams and strengthen product management capabilities
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Cards Product & Portfolio Management
- Proven experience in credit card product launches
- Strong knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Management
- Experience with Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development
- Knowledge of SAMA regulations
- Strong understanding of Debit, Credit and Prepaid card profitability and performance metrics
- Experience in campaign execution, customer segmentation and performance analytics
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (Mandatory)
- At least 5 years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree required

Role Overview

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Cards Product & Portfolio Management.
- Proven experience in credit card product launches.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Management.
