Responsibilities
- Own the end to end prepaid card product lifecycle
- Lead product launch activities including BIN setup, scheme onboarding, regulatory readiness, testing, and go live
- Define the Customer Value Proposition (CVP), pricing, features, and rewards
- Drive Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay integrations
- Manage portfolio performance, P&L, and commercial optimization
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and external partners
- Monitor KPIs and deliver data driven product improvements
- Act as Product Owner within Agile squads
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in card product management, prepaid cards, digital payments, or fintech
- Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience in prepaid card issuing or prepaid product lifecycle management
- Proven experience launching prepaid card products from CVP design through go live
- Strong knowledge of Mastercard and/or Visa issuing processes
- Experience with BIN setup, card profiling, KYC/AML, settlement, pricing, and portfolio management
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing product KPIs and P&L
- Professional proficiency in English
- Immediately available or maximum 30 day notice period
