Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and oversee project cost control systems, including baseline budgets and work breakdown structures
- Prepare monthly cost forecasts, Estimate at Completion (EAC), and variance reports
- Apply EVM principles to measure project performance and analyze Schedule Variance and Cost Variance
- Review, evaluate, and track project change orders, trends, and claims
- Prepare comprehensive monthly project status reports and financial dashboards
- Collaborate with Procurement, Scheduling, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Experience in cost control, forecasting, and budget management for large scale infrastructure or mega projects
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Experience with change order management and claims assessment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Company Overview
- Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Engineer to join our team in Tabuk.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and oversee project cost control systems. Develop and manage baseline budgets, work breakdown structures (WBS), and cost accounts.
- Prepare monthly cost forecasts, Estimate at Completion (EAC), and variance reports. Identify cost trends and potential overruns early, providing actionable mitigation strategies.
- Apply EVM principles to measure project performance and progress, analyzing Schedule Variance (SV) and Cost Variance (CV).
- Review, evaluate, and track project change orders, trends, and claims to assess their impact on the overall project budget and forecast.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly project status reports and financial dashboards for both internal management and clients.
- Work collaboratively with Procurement, Scheduling, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between cost data, schedules, and contractual commitments.
