- Bachelor's degree: 2 4 years of experience; Master's degree: 0 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and comprehension in both Arabic and English
- Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Skill in planning, managing, implementing and applying projects

Job purpose
- Contributing to the implementation of work related to hospitality arrangements for the concerned stakeholders and their official and unofficial guests.
- Coordinating and communicating with representatives of official bodies concerned with hospitality affairs inside and outside the country.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Preparing and implementing operational plans that ensure the application of the highest quality standards in all operations, procedures and projects of the Department.
- Developing quality management systems, and measuring performance indicators to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO) and the standards of the Excellence Program.
- Achieving institutional quality goals in accordance with the department’s strategic plans, objectives and initiatives.
Academic qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a globally recognized university.
Years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree: 2 4 years of experience
- Master's degree: 0 2 years of experience
Required job skills
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and comprehension in both Arabic and English.
