Job purpose
- Contributing to the implementation of work related to hospitality arrangements for the concerned stakeholders and their official and unofficial guests, in addition to coordinating and communicating with representatives of official bodies concerned with hospitality affairs inside and outside the coun
Tasks and responsibilities
- Preparing and implementing operational plans that ensure the application of the highest quality standards in all operations, procedures and projects of the Department
- developing quality management systems, and measuring performance indicators to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO) and the standards of the Excellence Program and achieving institutional quality goals in accordance with the department’s strategic plans, objectives and initiatives.
Academic qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a globally recognized university.
Years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree: 2 4 years of experience
- Master's degree: 0 2 years of experience
Required job skills
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and comprehension in both Arabic and English.
