- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
- Build custom Copilot agents, workflows, and AI powered automation solutions
- Drive enterprise wide Copilot adoption and AI first culture initiatives
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and user enablement programs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and IT departments to identify and implement high value AI use cases
- Measure adoption outcomes and continuously optimize solutions for business value
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Strong expertise in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Platform)
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience delivering Copilot training, clinics, and adoption programs

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Copilot Engineer to join our team and help drive AI powered digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft 365 Copilot technologies.

Compensation
- Pay: AED15,000.00 AED25,000.00 per month
