- Identify and target prospective clients across industries to expand client base.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into revenue opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop long term partnerships.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Arabic nationality (mandatory)
- 3 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and industry terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

Overview
- Nair Systems is looking for a dynamic and result driven Business Development Executive fluent in Arabic and English to join the expanding team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, particularly within the staffing or professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities

- Must have valid UAE driving license.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop long term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate staffing/IT service solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Nationality: Arabic (mandatory)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in business development or sales
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT concepts, solutions, and industry terminology
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work Ethic: Smart, hardworking, confident, and result oriented with a sincere attitude
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Advantageous: Experience in staffing/professional services industry is a plus
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500.00 AED 5,500.00 per month
