Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
- You will be the commercial backbone of a high profile Giga project, managing a portfolio of complex, high value contracts.
- We need a strategic thinker who can navigate multi billion dollar agreements while protecting Parsons and our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Direct the full spectrum of contract administration, from initial RFP development and tendering to final close out and dispute resolution.
- Identify potential commercial risks and liabilities early; develop and implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of complex change orders, claims, and variations.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for the client, subcontractors, and internal legal teams.
- Monitor contract performance against budgets, ensuring transparency and financial integrity.
- Oversee all pre and post contract commercial and contractual administration.
- Manage, evaluate, and negotiate complex variation orders, extension of time requests, and high value commercial claims.
- Provide definitive contractual advice and risk mitigation strategies to the Project Director and senior management.
- Lead the dispute resolution process, working with legal and executive teams.
- Supervise the review and approval of monthly progress payments, final accounts, and close out of major contractor packages.
- Establish and maintain robust contract management procedures and documentation.
- Mentor and manage a team of quantity surveyors, contract administrators, and cost specialists.
