- Act as primary commercial interface between Project Management Team and Cost Consultant
- Lead contract administration, procurement, commercial, and cost management activities throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee procurement planning and packaging strategies for design, construction, specialist systems, and supplier contracts
- Manage tendering processes including prequalification, RFP preparation, tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract award recommendations
- Review and coordinate cost estimates, project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and cost objectives
- Lead change management, variation assessment, and commercial evaluation processes
- Manage contractual correspondences, notices, claims, disputes, and contractual compliance requirements
- Review and evaluate contractor and consultant payment applications and commercial submissions
- Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies
- Coordinate procurement activities for major construction packages, specialist venue systems, FF&E, and operational readiness requirements

Overview
- Parsons is looking for an experienced Senior Contract & Procurement Manager to lead all commercial, contractual and procurement activities associated with major stadium and sports venue developments.
- The role requires extensive experience managing commercial and procurement functions on large scale, complex developments involving multiple contracts, specialist systems, long lead procurement packages, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
