Role overview
Wagepoint is seeking a hands-on digital content marketer to turn strategy into useful, discoverable, and distinctly branded content.
The role owns day-to-day social publishing, content-led SEO and GEO execution, writing, editing, repurposing, and content coordination.
The position reports to the Director, Content and Brand and operates in a remote-first company.
Social publishing and distribution
- Own the social editorial calendar from idea and platform-native copy through scheduling, publishing, and quality control.
- Maintain five posts per week across educational, brand, product, customer, and timely content.
- Repurpose company content and customer insights into channel-specific social stories.
- Partner with design and subject-matter experts on briefs, visual direction, and approvals.
- Track performance, test formats and messages, and provide recommendations.
Content SEO, GEO, and organic growth
- Translate technical SEO, search demand, AI-search behavior, and audience insights into a prioritized content backlog.
- Build briefs around questions and intent from small business, accounting, and bookkeeping audiences.
