- Project manage client accounts end to end with support from junior colleagues and guidance from senior colleagues
- Ensure deliverables are accurate and of superior quality
- Build rapport with clients and become their trusted, go to advisor
- Contribute to growing the client portfolio, proactively sourcing and co pitching for opportunities
- Develop communications strategies as well as proposals with support from the team
- Develop and help place both short and long form content for senior leaders
- Lead regular client meetings and monitor and manage project progress
- Represent and help raise awareness of the firm in the MEA region
- Support new business initiatives through RfP development and through your own network
Requirements
- Native level in Arabic; proficiency in English
- Saudi national, based in Riyadh
- Deep knowledge of and familiarity with working in the MEA region
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong research, analysis, and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communications skills in a range of formats
- Strong project and people management skills
- Prior MENA experience in strategic communications either with a consultancy or in house
- Track record of success in business development
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally and work from client offices

- Client orientation and agility, committed to meeting changing business and client needs as required
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally and work from client offices as and when necessary
